The screening process also reduces the likelihood of dealing with the unwelcome process of evicting tenants.
Collecting the Monthly Rent Payments
Rent payment, when missed or paid late, can cause severe and unwelcomed setbacks. We enforce a strict collection rule that requires every tenant to pay on the exact date. To aid in the process of collection we have also made it more convenient for tenants to pay their rent on-line. We have installed an automatic monthly payment system allowing rent payments to be easily made on-line.
Conducting Property Inspections
To ensure the success of your Longwood investment, it is imperative that it is inspected on a regular basis. As well as regular Move-in-Move-out inspections, unexpected inspections are occasionally conducted to make sure that your investment property is being well kept and that the tenants are following the terms of lease.
Conducting Maintenance and Repairs on the Property
The physical structure of a home, i.e. its electrical system and plumbing, landscaping, walls, appliances, pools, etc., is complex and differs from state-to- state and climate-to- climate.
