Realtor® – Owner Client Referrals Fee Schedules and Details
At State Property Management LLC, we strive to meet all of our client and Realtor® partner needs and to exceed all of their expectations.
If your clients need a professional to help minimize the risks of being a Landlord and are looking for a quality Property Management company, you have come to the right place.
Our business is to manage properties, that’s all we do and we do it well. We value all of our Realtor® partners and offer competitive referral fees for property management contracts. Best of all, you have the peace of mind knowing that we do not sell property but only manage property.
Referral Fee Schedule
Property Management Referrals: 50% of one months rent
Home Watch Referrals: $125.00 (Flat Fee)
Note: All referral fees will be paid when the property is leased to the first tenant, tenants have taken posession and all lease fees have been collected. Per FREC guidelines, all referral fees will be paid to the referring broker. The above referenced fees are for long term management contracts only.
Preferred Realtor® Volume Bonus Fee Schedule
In addition to the regular referral rates, with volume referrals you can earn more. If for each calendar quarter of the year, you meet the following criteria in signed management agreements and tenants moved in, you can receive the following bonuses;
5 Referred Management Accounts: $ 750.00
10 Referred Management Accounts: $1250.00
15 Referred Management Accounts: $1750.00
20+ Referred Management Accounts: $2250.00
Note: Referral fees paid as per conditions listed above in normal referral fee schedule.
We look forward to the possibility of working with you and can assure you that we will not dissapoint you or your client. We will exceed your expectations and you can have the piece of mind knowing your clients will be looked after.
